yeah make sure that you see a real legit personal trainer, so if you want to do those stretches make sure you do them right, especially the rotator cuff one, thats one you have to know pretty well so you don’t hurt your self.

Yeah, Lincecum is a great athlete and not alot of people can do what he can do but thoughts who are taught correctly can. GotHeats is being taught correctly and I think he will be fine.

Yes so if you’re phillipino you can Identify with him and put video on youtube with the phillipino flag even though he’s just as much of an american as any other legal person living in the U.S. It’s ok. I pretty much Identify with him because he is a smaller statured guy that throws much harder than would be expected of him.
