I have some info on tim lincecum’s mechanics from Chris Linceum because he helped me with my mechanics.

also, look at the speed of his delivery. what may be at 92 mph fastball looks like 96 because of how quickly it comes off his hand. makes it that much harder for batters to read

his stride is crazily long. he strides 7 and 1/2 feet. which is 129% of his height. most pitchers go 77-87% of their height.

zayjah i love how u mentioned the fact about lincecum’s hip rotation alot of tim lincecum fans watch his videos on youtube and say its all about his stride(Dick Mills fans), his stride isn’t nearly as important as the fact the he rotates his hips well ahead of his shoulders. in my opinion, i believe his long stride benefits him by stealing time from the batter to react which adds to his deception but not much to his velocity
