i thought this was a good trade for you. You pick up a SB guy with Ellisbury, and Cole Hamels is much more consistent and overall better pitcher than john Maine. And you can afford to give up some power with utley and Quentin cause you have Guerrero, mclouth, and texeria to get Upton who does has speed but also power too.

You are giving up a ton of power… not sure how your standings look, but if you need SB and Ks, WHIP, then this trade is good for you….

dude no way, you already have a stacked pitching staff you dont need hamels. if you want some SB help just trade quentin for ellsbury. bj upton gives you no power and neither does ellsbury. john maine is borderline FA

no way quentin is on fire and maine will have a huge second half for the mets who are the hottest team right now, and utley is going to hit again. hamels is avg at best, ellsbury is good but upton idk about.

I think you should try to get more. In a 10 team league I’m not giving up a player like Utley without getting stud player in return.
