You’re already loaded with offense, but Chris Young is too good to let go. With only 8 teams in your league, you’ve got to go for the offensive kill. Not sure if this league is fun for the other seven, but I don’t see how anyone can beat your lineup.

You are loaded with sticks. Definately keep an arm. In an 8 team league there will be closers a plenty. Keep Roy Oswalt. He’s easily the safest choice. Carmona doesn’t strike enough out, Felix is still wild, Myers is a wife-beater, and Lincecum is still unproven.

Putz easily goes first in a scratch draft, many argue that he is the number one closer - I’m 95% on him, you could make a very easy case that he should be kept ahead of Granderson

That said I loooove Lincecum and some are saying he’ll be a top 10 starter this year so he’s someone to consider - if you feel you need to keep a starter I’d go with him as your last option and Putz over Granderson

If you really want to power up on O Chris Young is probably a tad better option than Pence (although I am keeping him in my league

Overall - Putz definite and consider the rest of what I said if you feel you need some more balance

Your hitting is stacked with great, young talent, so I wouldn’t take another outfielder.

For me, it boils down to either Roy Oswalt or Putz. Putz is one of the top closers in the game, but Oswalt is very consistent and will get you at least 15 wins and 200 innings with a good ERA. Since you already have Santana, I’d go ahead and grab Putz.

Given your current set of keepers, which is particularly hitter heavy, I am going to assume your league rewards hitting over pitching.

Given that you can find several mid-tier starters and closers are a dime a dozen and good is not that much different than great.

Therefore I would go for a young outfielder. Chris Young, on a fast moving team and with strong batters before and after him seems like your best choice.

I’ll take Hunter Pence, King Felix and Takashi Saito.

You’ve already got 2 big-time OF’s in Carl Crawford & Curtis Granderson, so don’t take Young or Pence.

This boils down to pitching, and as important as a closer is for all of the reasons previously mentioned, you’ve got some SPs I’d hate to see hit the draft. Obviously, Oswalt, Lincecum & Felix.

I’d say, take a closer.. prefferably J.J. Putz of Seattle. Then trade Brandon Phillips away for an SP, since you’ve already got Chase Utley.
