Brandon Duckworth, Jose Cruz, and Daniel Cabrera are just the tip of the iceburg when you’re talking about young pitching talent. Cole Hamels, Dave Bush, and Oliver Perez would nice options to pick up if they would still be in your free agents. It also depends on how deep your league is.

Homer Baily he is a top pitching prospect and depening on if this a keeper or not will be a great pickup. Also idk if he will still be a free agent in your league but look for Andrew Miller.
Trade Barry Zito
Jeremy Guthrie just became a starter for the O’s. He has pitched very well in his first 3 outings, and I’m sure he is going to keep his starting role for the time being.
Phil Hughes (probably taken) is a top prospect for the yanks who is on the DL. If noone has him yet, please take him.
Kevin Gregg is going to be the new closer for the Marlins, he has been lights out as of late and should keep the role for a while.
Boof Bonser is a K machine, whos whip suffers at times. He has pitched very well in his last few starts and hopefully he will continue the trend.
Daniel Cabrera is also a K machine, he has pitched very well for the record he actually has (3-4). He pitches much better than his 4.27 ERA would suggest.
Chad Gaudin (3-1) 2.94 ERA, is also a nice pickup if available. The A’s staff is one of the best of the league, and he is a part of it. Although he doesnt strikeout too many each time he pitches, he is still a quality young pitcher.
I hope this helps you out
